Catalog & sync

Collections.

Group tracks for a purpose. An album, a sync reel, a pitch list. The wrapper around your library.

What a collection is

A collection is a named, ordered set of tracks. It doesn't hold files — it holds references to tracks in your library. One track can live in many collections at once. Edit a track's title and it updates everywhere.

Use them for: an album's tracklist, a sync reel for one supervisor, a pitch list for one A&R, a "tracks I'm proud of" set for an EPK.

Create + add tracks

/collections → name → save. Click the title of the new collection to open the editor. Hit + Add tracks and pick from your library (or upload new ones — the modal includes the dropzone).

Drag tracks to reorder; the order is what guests see in shares and presentations. Hover any row for take + remove affordances.

Backed presentations + rounds

Each collection can be the source for a presentation (EPK-style public page) and any number of rounds (feedback sessions). Both pull the live track list — reorder the collection and both update automatically.
